Make Your Own Exfoliator

I don't know about you but this grim weather is really not doing anything for my skin. In a recent Newsletter I shared my recipe for a great home made exfoliator. All our readers loved it so I thought I'd share it with you all.

Here is what you will need..

Make your own exfoliator in 3 easy steps..

1. Mix equal quantities of Cornmeal and Brown Sugar and fill your Air-tight jar (e.g. 50g of each)
2. To use this yummy exfoliator, take a pea sized amount of the grainy mixture in the palm of your hand. Add the same of amount of coconut oil and 1 drop of your essential oil and mix in your palms. 
3. Massage over your face (avoiding the eye). Rinse with warm water and use a hot wash cloth to remove excess. Pat dry and moisturise.
