M.I.A 'Bad Girls' Makeup Video Tutorial

You may have seen us tweeting pics of our M.I.A 'Bad Girls' inspired makeup and now we have the tutorial of just how to create this look at home! It's an exotic blend of green glitter and pink gloss, perfect when you really want to stand out against the crowd.

Here's what it looks like:

 

Here's what you will need to recreate this look..

- A Matte foundation and concealer

- A countouring powder

- Very light Brown / Milky coffee coloured matte eyeshadow

- A bright Green eyeliner pencil

- Eyelash Glue

- Bright Green glitter

- Translucent Powder

- Mascara

- Bronzer

- Light Pink / Coral coloured lip gloss

- Eyelash Curlers

- Dome shaped powder brush

- Fluffy brush

- Flat brush for blending eyeliner

This is really simple but really bold makeup, I love it! Would you recommend green eyeshadow on any eye colour?

Thank you for your comment. Glad you like the tutorial.

Here are our suggestions for this look on the following eye colours...

Blue eyes- try aqua or peach. Avoid blue. orange based colours work really well on blue eyes.

Green eyes- Red based colours work amazingly well on green eyes. Plum, or magenta if your feeling brave!

Hazel eyes- blue based purples look the best. Think lavender, indigo and blueberry tones.

Brown eyes- your lucky.. You could wear whatever you like. Try something bold like yellow or the lime green from our tutorial.
